"R. Kelly turnt up, I'm still a fan." - Cancel Deeez Nutz
I first heard Glasses Malone on his underrated collab album with Mack 10, 'Money Music'. From there, he dropped some more than decent projects so I've continued to try to check out new music he drops. There are some "cheat code" samples like Glasses basically rapping over the 'Big Poppa' instrumental on 'The Loc', but the production is fairly good from top to bottom despite dropping off somewhat in the middle of the album. Lyrically, it won't be for everyone, as the quote at the top of this review indicates, that comes from the title track where Glasses is pissed off at the sensitivity of people these days. Elsewhere, 'U.S.' is racist and ' Sumn IV Bitchez ' is homophobic that will turn people off so he is pulling no punches in the booth.
