Found Heaven is (as referred to by the artist) a "menace to society" album, written in regards to Conan falling in love, entering his first ever (on-and-off) relationship, and its eventual decline. Gray stated the record's theme is "feeling something is better than feeling nothing", in reference to how although the breakup was hard for him, he wouldn't erase the memories. Besides relationship related songs however, the album also discusses topics such as religious trauma, social class, and family issues.
