This is one of those albums that I absolutely get why someone would hate. It's very new age-y and not exactly energetic, but that's honestly why I like it. The whole point of new age is to make the listener feel at peace, and this is the perfect album for that. It's chill and relaxed, while also being experimental enough to stay interesting over the course of over an hour. The blend of electronic and Celtic folk music is interesting. The African elements aren't super prominent, but they show up where they need to and still sound good. As someone with multiple mood disorders, this album makes me feel better every time I hear it. I'd give it a 5, but the song Amber is actually pretty boring, so 4.5 it is.
