After a vision, Xena, Gabrielle, and Joxer return to Chin, where they are reunited with Kao Syn. They must defeat the warlord Khan, who has joined forces with the evil spirits of Pao Tsu and Ming Ten, aka The Green Dragon, and knows the recipe of the deadly black powder.
