Henry believes that engines can get chickenpox, and he first spots Thomas having actually mud in his face, and then he spots Paxton with exhaust in his face from Diesel, and then spots Gordon with red spots in his face which is actually paint; but after encountering Gordon, he flees backwards, nearly colliding with James and his passenger train.
