Collins is a working man feeling that he has became "life's punching bag". Driving back home, after an incident with another driver that turns out to be the Joker. he is forced to give the Joker his credentials and will be asked to assist him in his crimes , or else - Nevertheless, maybe the adventure at hand will make the Joker respect the common man much more.
