Goku and Bulma have located another Dragon Ball. Now all they have to do is get it. It won't be easy, since this one is lying at the bottom of the sea! The pair travels to Master Roshi's island in hopes of finding some assistance, unaware that their progress is being closely monitored by the Red Ribbon Army.
