An improvement over 2005, and fun to pick up and play despite its flaws, but bad AI and small gameplay issues still make it far from a perfect recreation of Australian rules football. Aspects such as players taking way too long to get their kick off, meaning the amount of smothers is astronomical for a game of football, the opposition often playing on from a behind, and giving you plenty of time to tackle them most of the time, stiff controls, and at times while controlling the game, the opposition all of a sudden have a couple of minutes of flawless kicking where you cannot get a touch.
