Hot Wheels: Extreme Racing 2001 Game

I've played Turbo Racing and one or two other Hot Wheels games and I expected the same type of thing, but this game is quite different. It plays more like a kart game, with weapons and small vehicles. The graphics on some tracks are quite bland, and the track design is much better in other games. Throughout a track, you automatically switch from being an on-road vehicle to an aerial one, or on water, which is a bit unique. A decent vehicular combat racing game, but there are better alternatives on the PS1. Gameplay 3/5 Graphics 3/5 Sound 3.5/5 Difficulty 4/5 Originality 2.5/5
