This game apparently holds the record for the longest cutscenes in a video game. I've been asking for an MGS movie for years and if any game proves that it should be done it is this. Looking at a collection of them on YouTube, altogether they last about eight hours. Thankfully they can be skipped, but many are worth watching. A favourite is Otacon telling Snake to put the second disc in, then he says something like "Oh yeah. We are on PS3 now. On BluRay!" The series has always had a sense of humour. Many of the cutscenes also feature many camera pans to bottoms and breasts. The gameplay is what one would expect from MGS games. What they have done well is make each mission have a different feel due to the environment and the objective. An example is trying to follow someone through the streets of Paris to then trying to find your way through a snowstorm with low visibility. The final main level where using stealth seems a must was very satisfying to complete.
