I bought this sequel to 'Hydro Thunder' for a fiver when it was on sale and didn't expect a lot but I couldn't stop playing it. The upgrade system makes you want another race, then one more, then another to modify your rocket-powered hydro jet and get closer to being able to compete for 1st place. The racing is quick and exciting with tricks being able to be pulled off with the analog sticks to earn boost that is imperative to winning. The main flaws I think of when I play this is just that there aren't enough tracks for the amount of races you're asked to do in career mode, while the music goes hard, there aren't anywhere near enough songs either, and you can't look behind you as you race. The inclusion of online modes or even online leaderboards would've been great additions as well. If you enjoyed games like '[Game3337]' back in the day, the aforementioned game or any trick racer this should please.
