Description
As a former London constable, Nicholas Angel finds it difficult to adapt to his new assignment in the sleepy British village of Sandford. Not only does he miss the excitement of the big city, but he also has a well-meaning oaf for a partner. However, when a series of grisly accidents rocks Sandford, Angel smells something rotten in the idyllic village.

Hilarious satire of all of the cheesy but vastly entertaining cop thriller action movies. Nick Frost is hilarious and a quarter of every British actor you’ve ever heard of is in it. Also the plot twist is pretty great. The final section of the movie is just amazingly cool. It’s got everything an action movie needs and the comedy to enhance it, combined with Edgar Wright’s usual stylistic directing makes it a very fun watch.
