The true-life story of a crazy-in-love Queens couple who robbed a series of mafia social clubs and got away with it… for a while… until they stumble upon a score bigger than they ever planned and become targets of both the mob and the FBI.
There are one or two scenes in this that feel a bit out of place. They seem like they are in the film purely to tug the heart strings, mainly with the talking about love being the most important ingredient in cooking... It reminded me of Everybody Loves Raymond. Apart from that though, it's good to see Boardwalk Empire's Michael Pitt back doing something and the based on a true story plot is interesting. Not far off a 3.5/5 for me.
