The story begins 20 years in the future, where Vicky has become a cruel and evil dictator who has conquered the world. There's a chase scene, in which future versions of Chester and A.J. they are chased (and captured) by one of Vicky's men, whom Vicky later sends back in time. He then returns to the present, where Timmy's parents punish him by not watching TV after he wishes for a real version of a destructive ship from his favorite TV show, Maho Mushi (Dragon Ball Z parody) destroying everything in its path (including a glass house that his mother was about to sell and his father's office).
