Gianna Maria-Onore Bryant (May 1, 2006 — January 26, 2020) was an American basketball player, the daughter of former professional basketball player Kobe Bryant and Vanessa Bryant.
On January 26, 2020, Gianna Bryant, along with her father and several other people from the world of sports, died in a plane crash. The helicopter crashed to the ground near Calabasas, California, 41 minutes after departure. Previously, the cause of the crash was called bad weather conditions — rain and fog.
