Nolan Millie Matthew Splavec Jr. (born July 14, 2003) is a Canadian actor, voice actor, and singer. He is the youngest son of Nolan Splavec and Jennifer Howell. Since 2010, he started voicing various characters on the animated television series South Park and is also best known for voicing Daniel Tiger in the PBS Kids television show Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. In 2014, he started voicing D.W. Read on Arthur and in 2022, he was given the role of Daniel Roberts on Stewart and Friends.
