Today's Flight Plan
Zoan and I met at Redbird Migration where we were able to spend a bit of time working on a fun aviation education video. She was full of life, passion and knowledge so I wanted to get her on the show. Turns out that Zoan ended up winning the AOPA National Best Flight Instructor of 2017.
Through this conversation we talk about her journey through aviation, which has always centered around education. Even while she raised her kids she was able to stay active as a flight instructor. Now years later she's still teaching, albeit in a different state, and at an Air Force Flying Club.
If ever there was a mark of true professionalism, Zoan is it.
