The man who lived there often had sex workers over so when Peter saw a woman going into the flat he wasn't surprised, but he was not prepared for what happened next. A few minutes later he saw the woman running out of the flat, the man was chasing her. Then, he took out a crossbow and shot her. The man was the self-proclaimed "Crossbow Cannibal".
