The negligent official Viktor Sychev is sent "in exile" to the department of literature at a regional university. There he will have to exchange a comfortable leather armchair and a spacious study for a rickety stool and a dusty auditorium. What could be better for a minister of the Ministry of Education than a complete immersion in this very education? And what can negligent attitude to their own duties turn out to be for a high-ranking official?
