21 days is a television program directed by David F. Miralles, of monthly reports broadcast by the Spanish television channel Cuatro. In it, the journalist Samanta Villar puts herself for 21 days, 24 hours a day, in the shoes of different groups of people to understand and show what their lives are like, since, as the journalist comments, "There are problems that are only understood when they live in the skin itself/Because telling it is not the same as living it".
