Mikhail Romanov is a judge at the district court of the Primorsky city. Romanov is famous for his adherence to principles and incorruptibility: the law and justice for him above all. One day he finds out that his son Anton is in trouble. Without asking, he took a car and hit a motorcyclist on it, after which he fled the scene of the crime. Romanov decides without hesitation to take his son to the police: he must confess and be punished.
But it soon turns out that the downed motorcyclist is Daniil Razin, the son of one of the most dangerous crime bosses in the city, whom he personally sent to jail a year ago. Romanov understands that admitting to the accident means dooming Anton to certain death. Will the judge be able to save his son and what sacrifices is he willing to make for this?
