Simply a good Anime. Stands out most through it's characters. The plot is quite basic with some great moments. It's mostly focused on character interactions and manages to entertain quite well. The story did neither surpise, nor disappoint me. Overall a enjoyable experience.

I didn't like this Anime that much. Probably because of my high exspectations. But it also gave up on some great potential. It's still good overall and has some great moments, especially the ending. But the supporting characters didn't convince me and I couldn't understand the genius of it, because the strategies were either too complex or simply not well communicated. Compared to Death Note, the plot wasn't as great or meaningful and the pacing couldn't compare either. In terms of philosophical conflict this story had great potential, but I was disappointed about how it was executed.

A show about a horse seems strange, but it works! The characters are well defined and the plot is meaningful. In retrospective, I can hardly think of anything this show does wrong. I can higly recommend it if you are looking for something both entertaining and dramatic.

Although this is not a great Anime, I still loved it. The first few episodes were mediocre. And neither the plot nor the characters stood out to me. But what the show is great at is conveying emotions through visuals and music. It managed to create some truly beautiful scenes that eventually convinced me.

There are a lot of things wrong with this show. The characters are poorly executed, especially the protagonist. The ending feels rushed and doesn't make any sense to me. At least the openings are great. But that doesn't make it worth the watch.

The first season is great, but after that the show loses its quality. Seasons 2 to 4 do have some good moments, but all in all it feels like they kept it going just to make more money. I can highly recommend the first season, which you could watch as a standalone, but the other seasons were dissapointing overall.
