'What If a Woman', that sounds incredibly like it came from R. Kelly's pen in the same lane as 'When a Woman's Fed Up', is one of Joe's best tracks and songs like 'Ghetto Child' offer a different sound and theme with Joe and Shaggy singing about social issues rather than love for a change. The opener, 'I Understand' and 'She Used 2 Luv Me' are other high moments but this one does have a few more weaker moments than his better albums.
