This reminds me of Cameo's early albums but with more emphasis on repetitive disco-style string arrangements. "Movin" and "Changin" are the most interesting things here, especially the latter track's catchy bass line. But, by the time you get to "Dance" (and maybe before then), their construction starts to look and feel a bit flimsy.
