I don't think this is as much of an experiment for KRIT as many reviews would have you believe. Looking at them before listening to this, I was expecting something very different, like MGK going punk or something. I don't hear the 'questionable creative risks' that PF mention in their review. He is singing a little more, but he has made/rapped over vibey/soulful/funky production before. I think most of this works well. I enjoyed it as soon as I pressed play.
