The third in the Rise and Grind series from T-Rock and Dark Cappa sees more of the same formula as before. As with the others, it doesn't overstay its welcome, clocking in at only 27 minutes and is all decent gangsta rap. It's easy to press play and let it ride, with an improving second half, but at the same time, there is nothing memorable. Best Tracks: Grind Harder, Show Me the Money, Neener
