From the great 'Scarface' themed instrumental intro you know you are in for some fun from Scarface, and he provides one of the better hip hop albums, and yep, it's from 1994. Scarface has always told graphic/violent stories well and some of these tracks definitely add to that such as 'The White Sheet' and' Jesse James'. It's not all gangster rap though with a great introspective type of track in 'I Seen a Man Die' which Z-Ro did a version of years later on 'I'm Still Livin' titled 'Man Cry'. Some great production is here with many tracks having a funky vibe and with Scarface rapping over them who is one of my favs thanks to his distinctive style, and consistent discography. You can't go wrong. Beats: ★★★★★ Bars: ★★★★★ Best Tracks: The White Sheet, No Tears, Jesse James, Hand of the Dead Body, Mind Playin' Tricks 94, The Diary.
