Helldivers' innovative and engaging extraction style mission setup, polished third person shooter gameplay and fair pricing model make for a very fun experience, but I feel the lack (and lowering) of difficulty in the game and the mission rewards (requisition, xp) not contributing to meaningful progression make the game less retentive than it could otherwise be. I am very hopeful that they will add harder difficulties to the game, even if scrubdivers can't manage them. I'm less hopeful that the reward system will ever be engaging enough for me to play more than a mission a day unfortunately.
