[spoilers] After the first half or so of the film, I expected this to be a cleverer crime mystery than it became, but it all just falls into place for the protagonist. He guesses the passcode for a phone (I hate when that happens in a movie because I've tried this in real life and it never works), there are the perfect videos on the phone that he steals based on a hunch that ends up having zero merit, seeing the same two cars in the videos leads our protagonist to the perpetrators, and the ex-wife of the missing child has a brother who works for an insurance company making it a breeze to find the address of the owner of the car. From there, it then becomes a stealth/action closing act. An entertaining and emotive thriller that keeps you in the dark for a while but it's not as great as it promised to be.
