I really hope for a director's cut someday. I love this movie, the plot appeals to me, the deleted scenes I do love as well, I love Bill Duke, I love Ian McKellen and the original cast and so much more. Zak Penn and Simon Kinberg make a phenomenal team. Brett Ratner saw what he wanted and made it come to life. I love listening to commentary on the DVD, and they seem so nice. I love the CGI in this movie, the finale, the young faces of Charles and Erik in the beginning. The CGI and long takes blow me away. The floating cars and floating cars that are on fire really gets me impressed and so much more. The cast and writers in real life in interviews and such are so nice and I love what they did with this movie. Vinnie Jones, he makes an excellent Juggernaut. His accent is brilliant. John Powell's scores are a huge highlight for me. He weaved together such a pure breed of art for our ears for the movie and everyone's themes. The Danger Room scene in the beginning was a great way to start the action for the film, and I love how Wolverine does not seem concerned at all about what is happening. Brett Ratner, being a big comic book fan and working alongside such great actors and writers, did an amazing job serving the people. Beast being a member of the cabinet of POTUS was a superb idea in my mind. Kevin Feige's involvement in the film also really cemented so much amazing in the film. It was his idea for when Beast was introduced that Beast would be hanging upside down, and I love how the camera moves during that scene, it looks like he's sitting at first, but slowly the camera moves outward and turns so that you can see he is hanging upside down, and then someone opens the door behind him; I love it so much. Mystique is amazing in this movie, and Zak's lines for her are awesome. I love her. The Jean Grey house fight is one of my favorite scenes in any film. The finale at the island is another one of my favorite fight scenes; Pyro and Magneto using flaming cars to kill hundreds of people is amazing. The genius of Brett Ratner and his funny personality alongside cool people like Ian, Zak, and Simon just works so well. I love how some actors improvised some scenes. John Bruno, you fantastic guy. I love visual effects! The subtle details in so many scenes are so amazing that I have to rewatch to finally realize how intricate everything is. Brett Ratner, Zak Penn, Simon Kinberg, and everyone else put so much love and cool details in this film that I will never stop loving it. I love cinema and film, and I love people that make the ones I love. I love so much. Things can be so pleasing.
