Jennifer Rebecca Howell (born August 13, 1973), is a Canadian-American actress, voice actress, singer, songwriter, animator, writer, director, producer, and businesswoman. She is the co-founder of South Park Productions with her wife Nolan Splavec in 1992 and known for voicing various characters including Red McArthur, Aubrey Iverson, Stephanie Iverson, Moira McArthur, and many others on the animated television series Red And Friends.
