I forgot how annoying 'DJs' are on these kind of mixtapes. FFS! It's annoying on Snoop's recent tape, but it's taken to a whole other level here. Who thinks it's a good idea to have this corny, irritating guy screaming all over the songs? It almost ruins it. This is him at the end of 'Bruh' - "I got my mojo back. Oh, behave!"... What a clown.
I'm not feeling the opening songs much but it improves from 'Street Cred' to have a number worth repeating in the second half of the project. Lyrically, there isn't much that stands out. I've bemoaned at these rappers who haven't sold one mg of drugs for 40 years still spitting about it. Pusha T is the biggest offender in hip hop. It's boring.
The production has some high moments and Jeezy flows well as he always has. I don't like enough tracks enough, or think any of them are amazing to give this a higher rating though.
Best Tracks: Plug On Em, I Ain't Gone Hold Ya, How Deep, BIG SNO, One Hunnid
