Enthusiastic hospital porter Simon Porter (Edward Easton) shows up for his first day convinced that this is the first step on the ladder to becoming a doctor - but he's in for a rude awakening from his new porter mentors Frankie (Susan Wokoma) and Tillman (Rutger Hauer).
