The second season of Basu Chatterjee's very popular serial of the 80's called Rajni was done by Mahendroo for DD1 and got released in 1995 starring Priya Tendulkar, Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Razdan, Subhash Ghai and others.
A middle class housewife, transforms into a strong- willed and determined woman as she questions the work ethics of various government offices. It became immensely popular for creating awareness among lax government offices and officials.
