charlie is such a well thought out character because if i ever found out my friend was trapped in an abusive relationship with his evil rapist boss i too, as one of the more powerful beings in hell and who would do anything to help my friends, would also not do anything about the evil rapist boss for like over half a year after i met him and then let him join in with me and several of my loved ones, which includes my previously mentioned abused friend, as we all emotionally blast magic from our hands at a giant ball and sing about the power of friendship

judy and nicks conflict and how they resolve it was pretty good i thought it was sweet! the 3rd act is clever in a meta way and although its not the best 3rd act ive seen recently its definitely great by modern disney standards
