Though things may have changed since the 60s, this is still a very effective, funny and biting satire.

I wish season 2 had a few more episodes, but other than that it's perfect the way it is, including the fact that it's over. Even my dad liked it :p

I discovered Thompson back in the mid-90's. Happened upon a first edition paperback of Great Shark Hunt in a used store and was HOOKED. Now I have too many books to count.

I looked this up and this was based on the original American verison which aired late 60's-early 70's timeframe. The version Stateside audiences are more familiar with (hosted by Jim Perry and Summer Bartholomew) was based on the Australian version as Reg Grundy acquired the rights to the show in 1980.

Brooding and grounded. The most faithful Batman movie, but not the most spectacular.

A solid movie. One of the few movies worth watching in theaters right now. Glad it's doing well.

2015 USO SF was the fateful loss of the calendar GS to Roberta Vinci. A whole doc could be made on that match alone!

Is this recommended watching? Always rooted for Borg over the loudmouth Johnny Mac

As a fan of waffles, I'm disappointed there weren't much of it in the newest season.

I can't imagine how Season 2 will be more interesting, but I'll still watch it.

The second episode is a classic: "Hapless cat burglars Eddie (Pemberton) and Ray (Shearsmith) break into a luxury house to try to steal a painting while Gerald (Denis Lawson) and Sabrina (Oona Chaplin), the couple who live in the house, argue. The episode progresses almost entirely without dialogue."
