Simple on the surface, Certified Copy is a multi-layered, multi-textured slow-burn of a film that still feels stunning and hypnotic after multiple viewings.

One of the most creative and intriguing films I've seen. Kaufman has such an original narrative voice/view and it translates very well to screen.
