Wow! So envious. Climax Blues Band were amazing! This is all music I remember from when I was little (born mid 70s). Everyone from my generation worships grunge and rap and I feel like I stick out like a sore thumb. Thank you for the comments!

Eliminator the album took the country by storm, right alongside Michael Jackson, Prince, and Madonna, so it was easy to forget that their norm had been sharing stages with the Heartland names of arena rock, and pumping out their own idiosyncratic take on the blues-rock genre for years beforehand.
