After a couple of hours of this, I was pretty much over it. My first surprise was that it seems like the main character is Kamala Khan, who, to be honest, I don't think I'd ever heard of. The platforming is extremely repetitive, linear and boring. The fighting portions are fairly easy without the mechanics/combos/etc of, let's say the Arkham series. The bits of stealth are simplistic once you know where to go. Technically, I don't know how buggy the game is, but I also got stuck in a wall throughout my first hour or so of play. There are some nice set AAA set pieces, and being able to play as a number of the Avengers will be a highlight for some, but similar titles like the Arkham series or Spider-Man have a lot more going for them.
Upon seeing the title, I was expecting, and hoping, this to be a movie like 'Hider in the House', instead, there is very little intrusion occurring. School kids get violently and graphically killed in different ways by an unknown student, until that student is killed at the end. It did make me wonder and guess for a while who the murderer was, but not too much surprises. There is that element of boring 'wokeness' that every second movie seems to be pushing for these days. The scenes with the cliched American high school/college shtick wears thin for me too. If you are more of a fan of the slasher genre than me, you may get more from it.
A great collection of R&B and hip hop from all coasts. Many of these types of soundtracks can be hit or miss, but here, most work well including the three with the King of R&B's involvement.

I have seen most things Dave has done and this was probably the show with the least laugh out loud moments. Much of the laughs come him being serious and then making a joke about it. He has always interweaved social commentary throughout his acts but it seems to be a more predominant feature in this special. I did not expect to almost shed a tear though when he was talking about the death of his friend. The hypocrisy of certain groups... An enjoyable 80 minutes, as, as Dave says, he is a master of his craft, but the comedy isn't his best. While I hate how comedians can't just be comedians anymore, and much of the hate they cop for jokes is laughable, whether, as he argues, he has never punched down, is something I question.
I've checked this out after hearing the great 'You Put a Move on My Heart' on Quincy Jones' album, 'Q's Jook Joint'. As I first played this the opener was very underwhelming and is the album's worst song. From there, her most well known song, 'So Into You', is one of the best and then it's a nice blend of R&B until some standouts towards the end of the album included a nice cover of 'Careless Whisper'. A nice listen, with a couple of high moments, but there aren't enough for a higher rating. 3-3.5/5.
