The Hurricanes was a cartoon from the '90s, moved to video game form here. The game plays similarly to Marko's Magic Football, where the players weapon is a football which they dribble throughout the levels. The main issue with this game is that enemies quickly appear from off the screen and don't give the gamer much time to react to it at all. This is a game that is similar to the early Tomb Raider games in many ways but that isn't anywhere near as difficult to navigate the levels and is a bit more combat based. Overall if you like Indiana Jones and like the early Tomb Raider games but find them too hard, then I think you would enjoy this game. I had this for years but never tried it out. Once I played Quantic Dream's great PS3 games I had to give it a go. The story is good as usual with some similarities to that of Heavy Rain, but the gameplay is more often than not tedious. The QTE portion of the game of pressing the two analog sticks in either direction becomes tiresome. Pressing the L1 and R1 buttons so Carla breathes is likewise. Not to mention the repetition of it all, such as in the basketball level. 3-3.5 *Also known as Fahrenheit

This is a game for true cricket enthusiasts. You take the role of the captain/coach and make all the decisions one would make during a game of Cricket, such as the batting lineup, the squad, fielding positions, the intensity at which the batsmen try to score and so on. It seems to have many things covered but has never excited me that much. Gameplay 2.5/5 Graphics 3/5 (Does the job for the type of game it is.) Sound 3/5 Difficulty 3.5/5 Originality 4/5

PS1: A mostly fun button mashing game, however it has some other sports which ain't only for the people blessed with many fast twitch fibers, like Rowing where you have to have rhythm to your strokes and Gymnastics where you have to press the right combination of buttons to successfully complete the routine among others. Nothing overly original for this type of Athletics/Olympic game but it is entertaining and for this type of game has a good mixture of gameplay.
