To be honest, I never got a huge way through this game-I got further years later when I played the PC port-but anyone who played it upon its release has to respect it for so many reasons. From the word go you can see the amount of work the developers put into the project, making it a cinematic experience from the voice acting, the music, the cut-scenes, the atmosphere it creates and so on. One of the reasons that I have to cite the PlayStation as the best console. Gameplay 5/5 Graphics 4.5/5 Sound 5/5 Difficulty 3.5/5 Originality 5/5

Medal of Honor Allied Assault: War Chest I regretted starting Allied Assault on hard difficulty fairly early on but I kept going with it. The quick save option more games had back when this was released is a godsend in this game (the Omaha Beach level!!!) The previous MOH games on the PlayStation are challenging but weren't as difficult. The expansion pack, Breakthrough, is one I played on medium difficulty and was still a tough challenge. This game though, like its predecessors, helped pave the way for the COD series and the realistic war FPS' we see today. The main problem with some of these levels is that it's trial and error based on not being able to see enemies through bushes, but they can see you. The stealth levels also leave some room for improvement. While it has great music, a lot of the score also seems rehashed from MOH: Underground as well.

Some claim this to be one the best racing/kart games, and some even name it as the best game on N64, but I don't get the big deal about it. The main reason is that it's a bit slow, and it doesn't have the extra games modes to make this have a heap of longevity like CTR or even Diddy Kong Racing on the N64 before this.

Developed by the same company as Everybody's Golf which was released on the PlayStation a year or two earlier and you can tell that straight away. There is an extra game mode or two but the gameplay is almost identical.

A good looking motorcycling game that reminds me of Moto Racer on psx visually. As with most games ported from the arcade though, as this is, the lifespan this will provide is thin as there are very few tracks. It is also far too easy to oversteer making handling problematic.
