I think back in the day this would've grabbed me, but kart games struggle to separate themselves from the old anymore. In saying that, it offers a number of modes and is fun enough. Depends how much of the genre you've explored...

Very similar to Sensible Soccer or World Cup Italia '90 on Genesis. It probably doesn't play quite as well as the previous mentioned games, but it featured more features such as, tactics, different championships and an indoor soccer mode.
While this was just an arcade birds-eye 2D Football game like the early 'Sensible Soccer' games, it was enjoyable and led to my addiction to the genre. I remember the worst part about this game though was that like most games on SNES and the Mega Drive, you couldn't save your progress so to win the World Cup took hours and hours of continuous play.

Scrabble mixed with Tetris would be an appropriate way to describe this. Random letters fall from the sky, with the aim being to make words, with a bonus word appearing at the top of the screen to clear the board. Fun, even for someone without great literary skills.
Another psx kart racing game aimed at kids with this having many similarities to CTR. It's not terrible but probably a tad too hard for the demographic it is aimed at, and there isn't much new on offer.
