Unexpectedly incredibly deep and thoughtful look at the concept of identity and personhood in a post-physical world. The voice acting and animation suffer at times, but the story and dialogue and characters are all incredibly well written. This needs more eyes on it as one of the best sci-fi stories put to screen of the last decade.

Pretty good standard spy thriller, doesnt do anything amazing, although I only watched recently and can see how it inspired basically all spy movies for the next 2 decades.

Bad slop. Uninspired writing. Reused premise with no original ideas. Sometimes dumb fun.

Oh wow what a movie. An unsubtle, vibrant, disgusting, roiling mess of body horror and body shaming. Difficult to watch and difficult to stop watching. Strong recommend for a certain kind of person.

Hysterical movie with an absolutely genius concept. Ideas are conveyed perfectly visually, although the start was a little strange.This was storytelling I have never seen in a modern movie. The movie tells jokes with its editing and visuals. The story itself is irrelevant, although definitely quite funny.
